Golf Caddy Products
Q. I have assembled the tires to the PGC-E1 caddy but the
caddy won’t move. A. You probably have the wheels on the wrong side. The
wheels are marked on the inside hub with “L” for
left and “R” for right.
Q. Can I leave the battery connected to the charger and
plugged in?
A. Yes, in fact it is preferred to keep the battery connected
to the charger and plugged in as it will provide a trickle
charge to keep the battery charged at its maximum. Always
charge the battery in a well ventilated place.
Q. How long
will my battery last?
A. It will be determined by the use and type of course,
however, if properly charged and maintained, your battery
should last for over 500 charge cycles.
Q. What happens should the battery run out before I finish
18 holes?
A. In the unlikely event the battery cannot provide power,
the caddy will be “free-wheeling” and can still
be used as a manual push caddy to finish the round with
very little effort.
Q. What should I do if I don't plan to use the caddy for
several months?
A. The battery should be removed from the caddy, fully
charged and stored in a place where the temperature is
between 50 to 86 degrees F. Always fully recharge the battery
prior to the next use.
Q. Do I have to recharge the battery after each use?
A. Never play more than 18 holes without fully recharging.
You will discharge the battery below its designated voltage
and damage it.
Q. My PGC-EC1 does not go up inclines without help.
A. In order to keep the weight and portability of the PGC-EC1
to a minimum, it is necessary to slightly push the caddy
up inclines on the course. This takes very little effort
for the few times it is necessary.
Q. I turned on the power switch on the handle of my PGC-EC1
but it does not operate.
A. Check that the Power Switch located on the side of the
Front Wheel housing is turned on. |
